·         Timely and accurate information about pay, benefits, workday and work year, contract provisions, and employee-related policies and laws

·         Fair compensation and a system for recognition

·         Support needed to perform at an exemplary level including, for administrators, access to deep pools of qualified job candidates

·         Timely and sensitive answers to questions and concerns
